Odyssey Chicago is Bringing Dinner Cruises to the Chicago River
Dinner cruises are coming to the Chicago River.
Odyssey Chicago has been offering dinner cruises on Lake Michigan from Navy Pier since the early 1980s. Beginning in summer 2018, Odyssey's Chicago River Experience will extend the same elevated dining service with a stunning new vantage point, in the heart of downtown Chicago.
The new state-of-the-art ship, currently under construction, is specifically designed for cruising the Chicago River—which has grown in popularity over the past decade, due to both private and public development such as the completion of the Chicago Riverwalk. Fully enclosed by glass, the vessel will allow for year-round cruising and 360-degree views.
The 140-foot, single-level ship will have the capacity to seat 200 guests and dock on the north side of the Chicago River—steps from Michigan Avenue and Magnificent Mile attractions. It will also offer the same upscale dining, refined atmosphere, attentive service and curated entertainment of Odyssey's Lake Michigan cruises.
Event specialists are taking reservations for 2018 events today at odysseycruises.com.
